I am an Australian, new to this forum and new to lowriding. I need to know what gauge steel to use and how far along the chassis? Would 1/4 inch from the front spring housing to the rear be enough? Any ideas?

** Your gonna need to sit back & research it for yourself ...Your talking about using "Gauge steel".... You need to use 3/16" at least .... I used1/4" & 3/8" on my 64...

Wrap it with 3/16 and you won't have to worry about it again if you have a good welder. peace out
