WTB: need paint for regal

ok im gonna get my regal painted black with silver flake the guy told me to buy 1 stage paint i have no clue wat so ever wat that is he said it doesnt have a clear he juss wetsandes it and it looks like it has a clear i need enough silver flake to do my car and the one stage jet black apint and everything else i need to paint it so let me know prices or a place where i can get it thanx
