WTB: 1 RS Adapter and 4 Knock Offs

I am in need of 1 Right Side Adapter and 4 Knock offs. Not picky on the Knock offs, just no Bullets or Hexs.

Also need the adapter for 5x5.75 (Monte Carlo, S-10 etc..)
