no, they are aluminum with metal inserts for the pumphead bolts. I'll post a pic in a minute.

no paypal... but I can send it C.O.D.... call before 2 pm pacific time and it'll go out the same day... and yes, they are pre-wired exactly as seen in the picture.

sure, I can ship anywhere and they are designed to fit an italian style pumphead... i.e. marzocchi, rockford.
