GUY B4 ME SED IT HAD NEW FUEL PUMP WICH I WAS HAPPY ABOUT. BUT DA MORON PUT NEW FUEL PUMP IN, N PUT DA FUEL FILTR AFTR DA PUMP. NEEDLES 2 SAY DA NEW PUMP CRAPD OUT. ALLDA SHIT INDA GAS TANK FUKD UP DA DIAFRAM SEETS INDA PUMP. HADA SHEL OUT 164$ FOR A NEW PUMP, FILTER, N 25FEET OF 5/16 FUEL LINE. PULD GASTANK OUT N DRAIND IT. TWAS FULL OF FUKN SHIT. ROX N SAND N METAL N RUST SHARDS :( N WEN I TRYD 2 PULL DA DRAIN PLUG OUT 2 DRAIN IT, DA PLUG BROKE OFF :angry:
HADA MADE A NEW FITTING N WELD IT ON2 TANK.
GOT DA FUEL SYSTM ALL 100% DUN. DEN SAW DA CARB WAS LEAKN FRUM XCELERATOR PUMP. ORDERD A REBUILD KIT, BUT GOT SENT DA RONG 1. DEY DISCONTINUED DA 1 I NEEDED SO DEY SENT ME 1 FOR A 57-59 FORD PIKUP TRUK. ONLY ABOUT 50% OFDA GASKETS N JETS WER DA SAME :mad:

REBUILT DA CARB , NOTICD 1 OF DA IDLE JETS WER BROKE OFF N MISSIN. XTRACTED BOLF OF EM N SAW TIPS WER WETHERD. SPENT 20$ ON 2 NEW IDLE MIXTUR SCREWS. FINISHD CARB N FUEL SYSTEM N I WAS HAPPY :nicoderm:

den startd upgradin engine cumponents. got flamethrowr 45000v ign coil, new plugs, new spark plug wires, new brass contakt distributor, new brass contakt rotor cap, electronic points n condenser. new ground wire, new startr wire n new hot wire. got it all instald n tuned. den topd it all off wit a 200$ yello top optima d34. now it starts in lyk 2-3 cranks now :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

den movd on2 br8k systm. popd 1 weel off, took 1 look at da weel cylinders/shoes/ springs ect n sed "nu ugh *****"

orderd all new brake shoes, new spring holddown kits n 4 new weel cylinders (each front cyl was lyk 56$ :uh: ) n each rear was lyk 29$ :angry:
den orderd new br8k hoses, n 25feet of 3/16 line n a tun of fittings :)
got it all ran n installd n adjusted, den movd on2 mastr cylindr/boostr

original equip mastr n 6'' singl diafram vac boostr


i didnt realy trust dat stok mastr. it lookd so fukn small. plus was havn trouble findin a rebuild kit 4 my original mastr. so i decided 2 fabricate a custom setup 2 stuff a brand new corvette mastr cylinder n 8'' dual diafram boostr. my hopes wer 2 hav unbelieveable stoppin power.

got it all bent up, all welded n gusseted. all i had2 do was machine a rod 2 link pedal 2 boostr. den i came acros a rebuild kit 4 mastr n boostr for lyk 100$.
bought dat n rebuilt my oem mastr n vac boostr. i figurd ill keep it asa spare.

i latr abandond da idea of corvete mastr n boostr. i didnt want dat inda bak of my mine "sumtn myte go wrong". it made me crazy so i went bak 2 original equipment :)


bak 2 da br8ks.
wen i had all my drums cut, vato told me 1 of da fronts, da bearing race was movin around inda seet. so i hada get a new drum n hub. since i was undr da car i figurd id order anoth set of parts.
i got 4 lowr conttrol arm bushins, 2 new brake greace seals. new brake lite switch, n a new 66count litebulb kit. evry fukn lite bulb my car needs in 1 kit :cheesy:

got my parts n da brakelite switch dey sent me was diffrent. i calld em up n dey sed dey discontinued my part, n dis 1 will work. needles 2 say, IT DIDNT!!!!!

DIS NEW 1 HADA LONGR THREAD, N WEN I SCREWD IT IN2 DA OUTLET FITING, IT LEAKD wen i pumpd da brake. so i tightnd it summor. stil leakd. tightnd it summor. stil leakd. so i sed fk dis. pulld it out n teff taped it. screwd it in deep n stil leakd. turns out dis new br8k switch was so long, dat it bottmd out onda banjo bolt n crakd da brass outlet fitting. asswholes sed i was shit outa luk. :angry:

so i made a new outlet fitting outa solid 5/8 steel. drilld, milld n tappd.got it on wit NO LEAKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy:

so breaks r all dun, jus need a good bleedin :nicoderm:

jus slitely raisd up front
now i needa fab up sum new mounts 4 my gas shoxs up front. i cant hav em in orig location kuz dey hit da lift kit.


i lookd around sum stores but coodnt find my spinnr lug adaptrs. i needed 12x 1.5 tapd 1 side, n 5/16 x24 on othr side n 2 3/4 long.
i found sum in bolingbrook but dey wer 2 1/4 long , metrik thread.
so i made 12 aluminum 1/2'' spacers, n drilld n retappd allda spinr lugs to 3/8 fine tread now all weels n spinnrs r mountd :nicoderm:

I haven't attempted to read anything in this thread because I have hypertension, but I hope the pic of the empty beers came about after the brakes were mocked-up & assembled.
