will this york be hard to put fittins on cause i dont see any thing coming out the top like i normally do

well the way i figured i need to get one with a groove pully and they seen to go for around 100 for a new pully w/clutch so i figured it was a decent price. is it too high?

i need a serpentine pully on it. if i start looking at junkyards how do i tell if they are any good, just spin pully to see if air comes out of onr of the hoses?
